Therapist
Thank you for finding me.
I believe in the role of therapy. I believe in the power to work on ourselves and move toward healthier ways of being and living.
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in holistic evidence-based practices including narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. More than anything, I meet you where you are. From there we build on your strengths and work toward the changes you want to see in your life.
I currently provide individual therapy via telehealth to California residents.
I also provide supervision both to CA masters candidates in mental health fields as well as to those mental health professionals seeking licensure.
About Me
I completed my Masters in Social Work from San Francisco State University in 2011. I became licensed in California in 2015.
For many years I worked in hospice agencies, supporting families navigating terminal and advanced illnesses with loved ones. I’ve also worked with families where their little ones were not meeting typical developmental milestones, confusing times where everyone has opinions and generally no space or compassion for the parents.
After years of working in hospice and schools and with new parents, I’m honored to offer grief and bereavement counseling, work I’m deeply passionate about.
I am bilingual and speak both English and Hebrew.
